Dental school gave me a degree. Mentors taught me how to become a Dentist.

Like many of you, when I graduated from dental school, I believed I was ready to step into practice, get a job, and finally begin earning.

After years of hard work and significant investment in my education, what I quickly discovered, however, was that graduation was not the finish line; it was only the beginning.

By the time I had qualified, the world of dentistry was already evolving at a rapid rate; new materials, technologies, workflows, and treatment philosophies were constantly emerging. Today, with digital dentistry and artificial intelligence transforming our profession, that pace of change is even faster.

Dental school provides a foundation, mentors provide the bridge between knowledge and real-world excellence.

My journey began with B.D.S. from Bharati Vidyapith Dental College (Pune) to D.M.D. from Boston University (Boston) – practicing for years in the United States, to building a successful practice in India, New Age Dental Care.

I never stopped learning from those around me. Every mentor, every course, every clinical challenge contributed to who I am today.

Dr. Kaur’s Academy was born from this belief – that no dentist should have to navigate their professional journey alone.

My mission is to shorten the learning course for young dentists by providing practical, real-world training and mentorship that complements what is taught in dental school. I work with dentists to build their confidence in clinical skills, patient communication, treatment planning, and efficiency needed to thrive in modern dentistry.

Success in dentistry is built through continuous learning, hands-on experience, and guidance of mentors who help you become the clinician you aspire to be.
